Minimum Entry Requirements

For entry to Tourism, you require:

• Grade 12 Certificate; or
• Equivalent qualification

Subjects

In order to obtain a Nated National Certificate (Tourism), a student is required to take the following subjects:

• Travel Office Procedures N4, N5 and N6
• Tourism Communication N4
• Travel Services N4, N5 and N6
• Tourism Destinations N4, N5 and N6
• Hotel Reception N5 and N6

Duration

It is a full or part time six (06) months programme at each of the Nated (N). A student is issued with a certificate on the successful completion of each Nated (N) of study, which is N4, 5 and 6.
