New Occupational Programmes

Nkangala TVET college has introduced new Occupational Programmes that focuses on giving students the skills needed in the workplace. These programmes are full funded by SETA and NSFAS, they are designed to address unemployment in the country.

Accreditation

The college has accredited by the QCTO on the following:

Entry Level

  • Minimum Grade 9 pass with Mathematics and Physical Science
  • A school leaving certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
  • Some programmes may require specific subjects like Mathematics, Physical Science or Technical Drawing

Duration

Its only Millwright and Fitter and Turner that have a duration of four years then other trades are three years.
