The College Council is the governing body of Nkangala TVET College, responsible for setting the strategic direction, approving policies, and ensuring good governance. The Council comprises representatives from various stakeholders including business, industry, government, and the college community.

Approving the mission, vision, and values of the college
Ensuring good governance and ethical leadership
Approving financial, human resources, and other policies
Monitoring the performance of the college
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Appointing the Principal and other senior management positions

Council Committees

The College Council operates through the following committees:
