Program Overview

The National Certificate (Vocational) in Civil Engineering and Building Construction is designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in civil engineering and construction. This qualification prepares students for careers in the civil engineering and construction industry with a focus on infrastructure development and building projects.

Admission Requirements

Candidates seeking admission must satisfy the following academic criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 9 Certificate or equivalent qualification

Program Duration

The program follows a structured format for efficient progression:

• 3 years (Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4)
• Students receive a certificate upon successful completion of each level
• Full NQF Level 4 qualification awarded upon completion of Level 4
